What is Roble Wood?

Dense, strong, and lightweight, this hardwood originates from dry tropical forests of South America.  These trees grow very slowly, creating some of the world's most durable woods. Roble is incredibly strong and durable, and has a medium textured finish.

Where is Roble Wood Grown?

Roble originates from the dry tropical regions of South America, in countries such as Brazil, Peru, Paraguay, and Bolivia. This climate means the wood grows very slowly, making it extremely strong and durable compared to quick growing softwoods.

Does Roble Wood Change Colour?

Like teak, this premium hardwood changes colour. When new, it is a light coloured wood. The UV rays of the sun will gradually transform this into a mature and elegant silver shade.
